A Snapshot of Your Day

Based in Orlando, Florida, the Lead Payroll & Prevailing Wage Compliance Analyst leads payroll accuracy and prevailing wage compliance across all projects. This role owns certified payroll integrity, ensures IRA and wage regulation adherence, and guarantees employees are paid correctly and on time. Partnering across Payroll, HR, Finance, and Operations, it sets standards, resolves complex issues, and keeps all work audit-ready and compliant.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Payroll & Timekeeping

  • Validate timecards, process hours, OT, and adjustments
  • Catch and fix discrepancies before payroll runs
  • Own escalations for payroll/timekeeping issues
  • Enforce timecard and approval standards
  • Train teams on systems and processes

Prevailing Wage & IRA

  • Lead prevailing wage & IRA compliance
  • Validate project data for reporting
  • Coordinate wage determinations with stakeholders
  • Ensure certified payroll accuracy and compliance
  • Advise teams on wage rules and risk

Collaboration

  • Align Payroll, HR, Finance, and Ops
  • Maintain audit-ready records
  • Drive consistent, compliant payroll practices

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Finance, HR, or related
  • 5-8+ years’ payroll, HR, and finance. More years of experience can be considered at a higher level.
  • Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) Guidebook and prevailing wage requirements are absolutely essential
  • Demonstrated ownership of payroll and compliance processes, certified payroll, and timekeeping regulations
  • Experience w/ ERP payroll, HR modules, databases & tables and project models; SAP and Oracle nice-to-have, but not required
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to partner across stakeholders and clearly present insights and findings to leadership
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
