- Assurance of successful corporate project implementation, including creation of business‑area‑specific clarifications
- Promotion of harmonization efforts across product lines
- Assurance of full compliance with global procurement regulations and minimum requirements
- Leadership of continuous digital improvement initiatives with a strong focus on productivity, including on‑demand support for product lines
- Possession of a master’s degree in Digital Transformation, Industrial Engineering, Process Management, or another relevant field
- Extensive experience in digital project management, change management, process management, and procurement
- Strength in communication and stakeholder engagement
- Experience in cross‑functional and cross‑site collaboration within a global environment
- Proficiency in building and guiding informal teams across multiple locations
