A Snapshot of Your Day
Based on your profound knowledge about procurement processes, you will analyze our procurement business to identify opportunities for digitalization and improvement. You will develop and drive these initiatives to implementation in alignment with the different product lines. You will collaborate with global teams to implement corporate digitalization projects and ensure procurement compliance while tailoring solutions for specific business areas. Your day includes leading harmonization and productivity initiatives, supporting product lines, and driving continuous improvement. You’ll engage with stakeholders across locations, applying your expertise in process and change management to deliver impactful results.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Identification and development of digitalization initiatives and procurement process improvement initiatives
- Coordination and implementation of digitalization and improvement projects within the Gas Services business area
- Assurance of successful corporate project implementation, including creation of business‑area‑specific clarifications
- Promotion of harmonization efforts across product lines
- Assurance of full compliance with global procurement regulations and minimum requirements
- Leadership of continuous digital improvement initiatives with a strong focus on productivity, including on‑demand support for product lines
What You Bring
- Possession of a master’s degree in Digital Transformation, Industrial Engineering, Process Management, or another relevant field
- Extensive experience in digital project management, change management, process management, and procurement
- Strength in communication and stakeholder engagement
- Experience in cross‑functional and cross‑site collaboration within a global environment
- Proficiency in building and guiding informal teams across multiple locations
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
