A Snapshot of Your Day

Review project documentation in the DMS, ensure deliverables are on track and aligned with project milestones. Working closely with engineering, site, and quality teams, you coordinate the preparation and collection of key project documents. Improve documentation templates, monitor document quality and completeness, and ensure all records meet contractual, regulatory, and internal standards. Verify that finalized documents are properly stored and ready for customer handover.

  • Drive the timely and accurate delivery of project documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and quality requirements.
  • Improve efficiency through standardized and user-friendly documentation templates.
  • Proactively identify and resolve documentation gaps and inconsistencies.
  • Enable smooth collaboration between project, site, and quality teams.
  • Support successful audits, inspections, and customer handovers through complete and traceable documentation.
  • Create structured documentation templates and standards across all project phases
  • Ensure completeness and traceability, closing documentation gaps ahead of milestones and handover 
  • Coordinate documentation across all stakeholders to secure timely and compliant delivery 
  • Enable smooth audits and customer acceptance through high-quality documentation packages
  • Drive standardization and digitalization within the DMS
  • Ensure audit readiness and customer satisfaction through consistent, complete documentation

What You Bring

  • Degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering or similar.
  • Several years of experience in Installation or Commissioning projects or Quality management / technical documentation in project environments.
  • Experience with construction site processes and acceptance procedures beneficial.
  • Strong experience in document management systems (DMS) and structured handling of project documentation, ensuring completeness, traceability, and compliance with internal and contractual requirements.
  • Ability to develop, standardize, and maintain documentation templates (e.g. quality plans, inspection and test documentation, handover documentation) across all project phases.
  • Proven capability to monitor and track documentation status, identify gaps, and ensure timely closure of open documentation items (e.g. punch points, NCRs, missing records) .
  • Strong understanding of quality documentation requirements in large-scale engineering projects, including preparation for customer acceptance and final handover to DMS.
  • High level of ownership and self-organization, with the ability to work independently in a structured and reliable manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality mindset, ensuring completeness and consistency of all documentation deliverables.
  • Excellent stakeholder coordination skills, acting as interface between engineering, site teams, project management, and quality functions. 
  • Very good communication skills in German (minimum B2 – mandatory) and English, enabling clear alignment with internal teams and customers.
