A Snapshot of Your Day

The Key Account Manager (KAM) – C&I Market and Distributors is responsible for the business development of Siemens Energy distribution transformers for the C&I and Distributors markets in the USA. The KAM will engage with customers, EPCs, distributors and our several factories to offer competitive technical and commercial solutions for our customers. The RSM is also responsible to manage and lead day-to-day operations of the sales channels in his area of responsibility with the goal to increase order intake, market transparency and profitability.

What You Bring

  • Engineering expertise: Electrical or mechanical engineer with 3+ years in technical sales/marketing (transformer experience a plus)
  • Self-motivated & results-driven
  • Leadership: Supervisory experience is a plus
  • Strong communication: Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral skills for customer and internal collaboration
  • Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows
  • Relationship builder: Skilled in networking and negotiation
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
