A Snapshot of Your Day
The roles we are looking for will support our Data Management activities, in particular our Customer360 project, within Siemens Energy's Sales Organisation.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support the Implementation of the BRAND Object in CRM Tool Salesforce.com and SAP MDG (Master Data Governance)
- Support includes Internet search for Brands, relationship between Brands, Enhancement of Brand information on Account Object in Salesforce.com as well as in Brand Application
- Creation of a Sharpoint site for Data Domain Customer as part of the Global CRM Network
- Support in creation of Viva Engage Postings with CRM Community
- Reports directly to Customer Data Domain Manager
- Enrolled student in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce.com) and SAP MDG is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and interest in data management
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and SharePoint
- Fluent in English; German skills are an advantage
- Self-motivated, structured, and able to work independently
