How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of our Global Health SharePoint site, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and easy to navigate
- Help build and manage a vibrant Viva Engage (Internal social media tool) community, promoting dialogue and visibility for health and wellbeing initiatives
- Assist in the creation of presentations and communication materials for global meetings, campaigns, and leadership briefings
- Coordinate with local EHS Managers worldwide to identify needs and share global resources or best practices
- Support project planning and tracking for global health initiatives such as Healthy4Life, Health & Wellbeing Week, and new pilot programs
- Assist with data collection and reporting related to participation, engagement, and KPIs
What You Bring
- Current study in Health Sciences, Communication, Psychology, Business, or a related field
- Strong interest in health, wellbeing, and organizational culture
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, Teams)
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable working in an international, virtual environment
