A Snapshot of Your Day
You will support the Iraq Head of Finance to analyse the global delegation process into Iraq. Additionally, the available documentation for each individual traveller into Iraq must be reviewed and in case of missing documents, the documents shall be requested from the Delegation Center or the traveller itself.
Your support directly contributes to the administration, controlling and reporting to strengthen the Iraq Branch at Siemens Energy.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support the Head of Finance in Iraq in analysing the global delegation process to Iraq
- Review available documents and request missing ones
- Communication and interaction in the Iraq branch environment
What You Bring
- Current studies in a commercial field
- Basic knowledge of MS applications
- Fluent in English, Arabic would be an advantage
