Join our Business Improvements & Strategic Projects team as a Working Student and immerse yourself in cross-functional project management that drives meaningful change. You’ll support strategic initiatives and create communications that inspire collaboration, and craft reports that bring transparency to our operations. You’ll be hands-on with event planning, meeting coordination, and data analysis, ensuring every detail serves our mission for a greener future. And you’ll be doing it all as part of a passionate, global team committed to renewable energy and sustainability.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support ongoing continuous improvement initiatives and strategic projects with a focus on cross-functional project management.
- Draft and distribute internal communications to keep the OF Execution team informed and aligned.
- Plan and deliver communication strategies for key projects, preparing newsletters, announcements, and presentations.
- Organize engaging team meetings, workshops, and events that foster connection and collaboration.
- Handle ad-hoc management requests, creating impactful slide decks, synthesizing research, and maintaining SharePoint and team resources.
What You Bring
- Enrolment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Economics, Communication, or a related field
- Strong skills in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of SharePoint and PowerBI as an advantage
- Problem-solving ability, analytical strength, and a proactive working style
- Ability to thrive in diverse teams, with clear communication skills and capacity for independent work
- Fluency in English; knowledge of German as an advantage
