Join our dynamic Technical Configuration & Data Management team as a part-time student contributor! Imagine enhancing data quality and ensuring a reliable setup within our SAP system. You will systematically identify and correct data inaccuracies, ensuring that our master data integrity is top-notch. Collaborate with a supportive team while documenting processes and generating reports that track your impactful contributions. This role is not just about data; it’s about making a real difference in our supply chain function!


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You will review and validate existing master data in SAP against defined quality standards and business rules.
  • Identify, document, and correct data inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and duplicates within the SAP system.
  • Perform bulk data entry and updates based on structured data sets and instructions from the data management team.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines for data governance to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related queries and support ongoing process improvements.


What You Bring

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data handling, particularly with Microsoft Excel, is essential.
  • Experience with data entry or ERP systems, such as SAP, is a significant advantage.
  • You possess strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to tasks.
  • Ability to work part-time for a duration of 12 months.

Join our dedicated team in Vejle, where over 65 passionate employees work within the Equipment organization of the Offshore business unit. We play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient supply of equipment and materials for offshore wind turbine projects and factories worldwide. Your contributions will directly impact the end-to-end outbound logistics performance, optimizing project outcomes and enhancing our bottom line.
