A snapshot of your day
As an Order Specialist you will be responsible for finding the best offer from onboarded suppliers, to order and to create PO’s in SAP, receive and review the incoming invoice(s) and submit them for further processing. In addition, you will create requests in the Supplier Master Data according to various modifications needed.
How You will Make an Impact
- Handle cost effective sourcing, schedule availability of necessary goods and services in accordance with the requirements from internal collaborators
- Clarify the needs of the ordering demand, track & trace the orders through a predefined process and expedite when necessary
- Proactively ensure placement of orders to suppliers in SAP
- Ensure system accuracy of records
- Ensure that all the documents from the suppliers are in the systems (Internal Request, hand over protocol, invoice, etc.)
What You Bring
- Willingness to continue your career path in a leading international energy company
- Desire to participate in building up a new team for indirect procurement in Romania
- Proficient English language skills (other language skills are nice to have)
- Interested in finding the best options of products and/or services for internal customers
- Very good interpersonal skills, along with problem solving and proactive skills
- You are a team-player but you also like to work independently
- Highly motivated to work in an international matrix organization and to collaborate cross-functional
- Terms like empowerment and self-driven-agile teams are nothing new for you
- You have advanced MS Office365 applications skills, experience in SAP would be a plus
