A Snapshot of Your Day

As the Warehouse Manager for our Hull Blade factory, you will lead a 24/7, high‑performance warehouse operation that underpins the reliability of our entire production flow. You will be accountable for the full materials lifecycle — from inbound receipt and storage optimisation to pre‑production activities and on‑time delivery to the shopfloor.

This is a pivotal leadership role in a fast‑growing renewable energy manufacturing environment. You will shape operational standards, develop people, and drive continuous improvement using LEAN methodologies and SAP discipline to ensure world‑class performance.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead end‑to‑end warehouse operations across a 24/7 environment, ensuring safe, efficient and reliable workflows that support uninterrupted production.
  • Coach, develop and inspire your team — building capability, driving accountability and fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
  • Optimise warehouse layout and processes using LEAN tools to improve flow, reduce waste and increase storage efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Planning and Procurement to ensure the right materials arrive at the right time, in the right quantities.
  • Implement KPI‑driven routines to monitor performance, identify gaps and drive structured action management.
  • Maintain SAP data integrity through regular system health checks and disciplined process adherence.
  • Oversee pre‑production activities such as glass cutting, root building and bell assembly, ensuring quality and timely execution.

What You Bring

  • A strong commitment to supporting the renewable energy transition and contributing to a mission‑driven organisation.
  • A results‑driven, structured and action‑oriented mindset, with the resilience to lead through change.
  • Proven experience leading warehouse or logistics teams, ideally within a manufacturing or internal warehouse environment.
  • 5+ years of managerial experience, with a track record of developing people and improving processes.
  • Strong working knowledge of LEAN methodologies, continuous improvement tools and warehouse best practices.
  • Hands‑on experience with SAP in a warehouse or production environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, 24/7 operational setting, managing shifting priorities without losing focus on safety or quality.
  • Strengths in ethical leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, risk management, change leadership, innovation, customer focus and effective conflict resolution.
