A Snapshot of Your Day
You are responsible for driving the strategic growth and transformation of the Central, East, and South Europe region by implementing regional strategies aligned with overall business goals. This role involves overseeing performance metrics, managing key customer relationships, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring compliance with Employee Health and Safety standards. The leader collaborates closely with global operations to streamline processes and enhance service delivery while fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork to achieve ambitious business results.
How You'll make an Impact
- This position includes the overall responsibility for the business leadership of EAD’s new Central, East & South Europe region.
- You derive and implement the regional strategy based on EAD's overall goals and lead the region to reach its ambitious growth plan and successful business results.
- You drive performance and transformation of the region, including the go-to-market approach, structure, standard methodology sharing, efficient and streamlined processes, and partnerships.
- You are responsible for achieving important P&L metrics for budget, margin, and Employee Health and Safety.
- You complete projects in close cooperation with EAD's Global Operations team to provide solutions and service that are passionate about delivering as sold to as delivered margins.
- You steer the regional Sales organization for solutions and service as well as managing Strategic Accounts in your region.
- You represent EAD towards regional customers and collaborate closely with the SE Europe Hub for opportunity development.
- You see global collaboration across businesses in the Transformation of Industry Business Area and within the EAD team and beyond as a key lever to win.
- You steer resource planning in consultation with the functions where required and ensure footprint rationalization (e.g., regional coverage).
- You lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, setting clear objectives and providing regular performance feedback.
- You role-model our Siemens Energy values and Leadership Essentials and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements to maintain the highest standards of corporate governance.
What You Bring
- You love leading and connecting people, transforming cultures, and shifting businesses into new growth fields.
- You are enthusiastic about joining a diverse and highly skilled team dedicated to industrial decarbonization.
- Your work experience focuses on European industries (maritime, process industries, Oil & Gas and Chemicals) and successful customer engagement.
- Representing the business at an executive level is nothing new for you, as well as trustfully connecting with partners and customers.
- You have a track record in building global high-performance teams and driving organizational change, and you have a keen business insight to find lean solutions to complex challenges.
- You have proven success in overseeing a regional organization with strong expertise in planning, financial management, and project coordination.
- A brand new approach to digitalization and communication is your strength and you use collaborative and lean approaches to implement strategies.
- You make no compromises in Employee Health and Safety, Compliance, and good leadership practices.
- You have a degree in a technical field or Business Administration or other relevant subject area and at least 10+ years of experience in leadership roles.

At Siemens Energy we offer competitive compensation and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. Due to the Austrian legal regulations, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Please note that there is a clear willingness for a higher compensation considering your individual expectations, expertise and skills. The minimum salary for this position in the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is in the amount of 121.860,34 € gross/year for a full-time position (38,5 h/week).
