A Snapshot of Your Day
As part of the RM & PLA LATAM regional team, you will play a key role in resource analysis and long-term planning across wind farms in Latin America. Your day will involve assessing tool and equipment requirements, supporting campaign planning and execution, and ensuring operational readiness across the region. You will help implement and manage a system that tracks the condition, availability, budget, and utilization of tools and equipment, enabling efficient operations and supporting Siemens Gamesa’s mission of driving the energy transition through reliable wind energy solutions. You will work in a collaborative and cross-functional environment, partnering with Service Providers and internal stakeholders to optimize performance and deliver results.
How You'll Make an Impact
• Manage and maintain the inventory of tools and equipment across wind farms in LATAM, ensuring availability and alignment with contractual requirements.
• Analyze resource needs and support long-term planning activities to improve operational efficiency and campaign execution.
• Develop and maintain a management system to monitor tool status, utilization, condition, progress, and associated costs across the region.
• Prepare and control budgets related to tools and equipment, ensuring cost-effective allocation and utilization.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and Service Providers to identify operational needs and provide timely support.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to tool management, planning processes, and resource optimization.
What You Bring
• Strong technical knowledge of wind turbine generators (WTGs), tools, and related equipment.
• Experience in resource planning, asset management, or maintenance operations within the wind energy industry.
• Good understanding of project management principles and planning processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across different teams, functions, and geographical locations.
• Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to manage budgets, track performance metrics, and drive operational improvements.

The team is composed of highly skilled professionals in the maintenance and operation of wind turbines, committed to safety and efficiency in renewable energy generation. Working within the RM & PLA LATAM organization, the team focuses on strategic planning, resource optimization, and operational excellence to support wind farm performance across the region.
