Do you combine the prowess of a sales manager with the expertise of a technical specialist in digital grid applications? With a robust technical foundation in control, protection, and energy management systems for high voltage substations and grids, you are the ideal candidate for our GT Sales Team in Eastern Europe. Your role involves analyzing customer requests and crafting compelling technical and commercial bids. As a strategic sales leader, you will drive digital grid solutions at a sub-regional level.

Collaborating with local sales teams, you will tailor and implement the digital grid strategy for each country, shaping the future of GT solutions in Eastern Europe.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Independently analyze customer technical specifications to align solutions with customer needs and ensure high-quality, timely preparation and presentation of proposals in line with customer requirements.
• Take full responsibility for defining and implementing the digital grid strategy for each country.
• Guarantee timely execution of defined country measures with expected results.
• Serve as the interface between local sales organizations and the digital grid execution unit.
• Collaborate closely with technical experts in the execution unit.
• Manage the digital grid sales pipeline and report to regional sales management.

What You Bring

• A university degree in electrical engineering, automation, or a related field.
• Significant experience in the energy transmission and distribution sector, showcasing your deep understanding of industry dynamics.
• Expertise in protection, control, and substation automation specifically for high voltage substations.
• Several years of experience managing projects, complemented by a proven track record in bid management and offer preparation.
• Exceptional ability to communicate and present ideas effectively in English.
• A strong, confident personality combined with a collaborative team player mindset.
