Join our dynamic team at Siemens Energy as a Team Assistant in the LGT area, where you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of energy. Your day will be filled with diverse tasks, from managing travel arrangements and expenses to supporting HR functions and coordinating schedules. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, responding swiftly to changes in supply chain demands and ensuring the success of GT projects. How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will handle travel arrangements, expense control, and reimbursements, while managing office supplies and supporting visa applications.
- Enter and maintain personnel data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate and monitor schedules, assisting executives and liaising with internal and external partners.
- Support personnel matters and create reports, maintaining distribution lists.
- Manage mail flow and provide information by handling inquiries.
What You Bring
- A completed apprenticeship as an office clerk or similar qualification.
- Experience in employee interaction is advantageous.
- Proficiency in German and English, with strong MS Office and SAP skills.
- Motivation, decisiveness, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Resilience and the ability to act under time pressure, with an interest in technology and mechanical engineering.
- Willingness to engage in intercultural collaboration.
About the Team
Our LGT team is a global force with presence in BLN, CLT, Dammam, and BUD, responsible for manufacturing, procurement, and quality of GT components. We set clear, challenging goals and support each other in our work. The team collaborates closely with planning, operational and strategic procurement, supplier quality, and all internal manufacturing interfaces.
