A Snapshot of Your Day

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated TFA Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience who are eager to develop their project management skills in the energy sector.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Manage all phases of TFA projects from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with project goals and financial performance.
  • Develop project plans and communication documents for effective collaboration between customers and Siemens Energy stakeholders.
  • Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules
  • Review and fully understand the project’s agreement/contract, specifications, clarification and exceptions, scope of work, budgets, and allowances prior to commencement.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, business plans, and financial terms/conditions of contracts.
  • Monitor project progress, including labor, material costs, and productivity, and provide updates to the team and management.
  • Support the management of transformer TFA projects, ensuring successful project execution.
  • Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders clearly and effectively.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, plans, budget, and overall progress to the team and management.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contract

What You Bring

  • 1+years exp, bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline from an accredited university or college preferred.
  • Basic understanding of project management processes and tools; PMP certification is a plus but not required.
  • Interest in electrical installation and/or construction project management.
  • Strong leadership potential and ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Willingness to learn and manage subcontractors and/or field service personnel.
  • Basic understanding of risk management and project communication plans.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%, including potential international travel for training and conferences.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers
