As a T3000 Engineering Engineer, you will target experienced professionals with a strong background in I&C engineering, particularly those specializing in Siemens T3000 control systems. You will engage in meaningful projects that enhance power generation efficiency and customer responsiveness across the Middle East, directly impacting project delivery and regional capability building. How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Design, configure, and implement Siemens T3000 control system solutions for power generation projects.
  • Develop and test complex automation logic, HMI graphics, and system interfaces.
  • Lead the technical execution of I&C projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project team members.
  • Conduct on-site and remote commissioning activities for T3000 systems, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, enhancing plant reliability and efficiency.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control & Instrumentation, Automation, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience (typically 8+ years) in I&C engineering with a focus on Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
  • Proven experience as a technical lead or subject matter expert on complex engineering projects.
  • Siemens Certified T3000 Engineer and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Strong skills in I&C engineering, automation, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and project leadership abilities.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
