We're seeking a motivated and diligent Student Worker to help improve how we communicate performance and progress throughout the organization. In this role, you’ll work on meaningful projects that strengthen our internal communication systems and promote transparency through data. Support updating dashboard metrics, collaborate on enhancing data visualization, explore tools like Power Apps and Power BI for efficient reporting. A key part of your role will also include cleaning and organizing data in Excel to ensure accuracy and clarity in our reports.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a real-world business environment while developing your skills in data handling, communication, and digital tools.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Work together with team members to update and maintain important metric dashboards, ensuring that data is both accurate and easy to understand.
• Use tools such as Power Apps and Power BI to build and improve digital solutions that support internal communication.
• Analyze data trends and help translate them into actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments to support the team.

What You Bring

• You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program, preferably within business administration, data science, IT, communication, or a related field.
• You have a strong interest in data-driven communication and a curiosity for tools like Power BI and Power Apps (previous experience is a plus but not a must).
• You are thorough and analytical, with a structured approach to problem-solving.
• You enjoy working in a collaborative environment, are open to feedback, and have the drive to learn and grow.
• You’re proactive and capable of managing your own tasks, but never hesitate to ask questions or seek support when needed.
• You have a natural curiosity and enjoy building connections with others, making it easy for you to collaborate effectively with different collaborators.
