A Snapshot of Your Day
Imagine assisting in the management of repair processes, ensuring accurate and timely execution of repair orders, and transforming operational data into actionable insights. You’ll contribute to operational reporting, support project management, and help coordinate key repair initiatives. You will learn how operational priorities connect directly to business processes.
Operating in a dynamic repair services environment means collaborating across teams, functions, and leadership settings. You’ll gain close visibility into how project managers and business leaders navigate complexity, lead transformation, and strengthen organizational adaptability in a period of continuous change.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Data contribution to operational initiatives and project deliverables.
- Provide daily administrative assistance to the Project Manager, Planner, and Purchaser to reduce their workload.
- Conduct follow-ups on repair orders with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely progress.
- Assist in maintaining and updating project and repair schedules using tools like MS Planner.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data related to repair orders and operational activities in relevant systems.
- Support the preparation of regular operational reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Collaborate with international teams and business partners.
What You Bring
- Currently pursuing a degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in team and cross-cultural environments. We expect the candidate to possess excellent English language skills, both in writing and verbally.
- Organized and reliable, with strong time management skills and the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, MS Planner) and SAP Systems.
- In the final stage of your bachelor’s degree or at the beginning of your master’s degree.
- Previous experience in a part-time or internship role is a plus, but not required.
