A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Student Worker in the Project Management Office in Technology 6-8MW&NG Platform, you will play a vital role in supporting our team with various tasks, primarily focusing on Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and ad-hoc requests. Your day will be dynamic and engaging, providing you with hands-on experience in a fast-paced and multicultural environment. You’ll collaborate with team members across different departments from various countries, contributing to meaningful projects and gaining valuable insights into our operations for shaping the future of Onshore products. We are looking for a student to join either at our Brande office in DK or at Sarriguren in Spain.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, with experience building pivot tables and reports.
- Interest in AI and automation of tasks to enhance efficiency.
- Support the team with ad hoc tasks, responding to immediate needs and providing timely solutions while adapting to a dynamic, multicultural environment.
- Contribute to Platform Communication Strategy and Roadmap, including town hall meetings, cross-functional communication cycles, and event lists.
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written, to convey insights clearly.
What You Bring
- Enrolment in a higher education program, ideally in Business, Engineering, Data/Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI, including knowledge of formulas and pivot tables.
- A strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to convey insights clearly.
- A proactive attitude, open communication, curiosity and reliability, with a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
