A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Student Worker in our Offshore Next Generation PMO, you will be part of a dynamic, international environment, working alongside experienced Project Managers driving the development of our offshore wind turbine products. You will gain hands-on experience in process and tool development, while playing a key role in strengthening our use of AI across the organization. The position is part-time, with flexible working hours to accommodate your studies.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support the development and continuous improvement of PMO processes and ways of working.
- Drive initiatives to enhance our understanding and practical use of AI tools to work more effectively.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI and Excel to provide clear, actionable insights.
- Assist with reporting, data analysis, and preparation of project insights.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks.
- Explore and implement AI applications that can improve project execution and decision-making.
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., Business, IT, Engineering, or similar).
- Strong interest in AI, automation, or digital tools - ideally as part of your studies.
- Curious and proactive mindset, with a willingness to challenge existing ways of working.
- Strong analytical skills, structured and have an attention to detail.
- Onsite presence at the office is valued as the entire team is onsite in Brande. You will have some flexibility due to your studies.
- Comfortable working in English (written and spoken).
- Minimum 1 year left at your studies.
