As the Regional Team Lead, you will lead and drive service compression sales strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth within the designated territory. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling aftermarket services, service contracts and maintenance plans for compressors across various industries, including oil and gas, manufacturing, and others.
How you’ll make an impact
- Develop and execute comprehensive service sales plans to meet growth targets and objectives for the region.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell service offerings to existing customers, maximizing revenue potential.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their specific service needs and requirements. Collaborate with the service delivery team to ensure seamless execution of service contracts.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities to generate lead and drive service sales by providing technical expertise and product knowledge to customers, addressing inquiries, and explaining the value proposition of service offerings.
- Prepare and present service sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Mentor and develop service sales team members, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance their performance and capabilities.
What you Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven track record of success in service sales leadership roles, preferably within the rotating equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of compressors including their maintenance requirements, service offerings, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the region and occasionally nationally or internationally.
