The O&M Station Manager has overall responsibility for all aspects of the operation and maintenance of the power plant, comply with applicable laws, meet the required standard of quality, ensure business success and customer satisfaction, develop reliable long-term strategies and implementation plans, proactively make strategic high impact decisions, manage risks, timely response to unplanned issues.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You are responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of all activities under the Operation and Maintenance Contract in a combined cycle gas turbine power plant.
• Organize and coordinate resources, prioritize activities to ensure the safe and reliable plant operation in accordance to the local laws and regulations, in accordance to contractual requirements and in accordance with load dispatch requirements.
• You are responsible for all EHS affairs and together with your management team you will ensure a safe working environment for the entire staff at site and furthermore oversee the environmental aspects of the plant according to applicable laws and regulations.
• You will manage the relationship with the customer and all stakeholders. You will work closely with the customer to achieve common business goals and high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and control the project financials, analyze the cost structure and identify areas for result improvement.
• Motivate and encourage your team members, provide guidance and promote staff development, develop a highly capable O&M team.

What You Bring

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent, minimum 12 years working experience with focus on power plant service or power plant operation.
• Advanced knowledge in project management technics with experience in managing complex projects in a leading role.
• Excellent personnel management skills and leadership experience gained in a managerial function
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• ·         Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
