Join us as a Site Section Engineer (f/m/d) for Technical Building Services, where you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and supervising the installation of essential systems like heating, ventilation, and air conditioning on our project sites. You will ensure that these systems are assembled correctly, on time, and within budget while adhering to all contractual obligations and EHS regulations. Your expertise will be crucial in organizing inspections with contractors and customers, ensuring that all systems are functional and ready for commissioning. Imagine being at the forefront of innovative building technology, making a tangible impact on project success!
How You’ll Make an Impact - Manage erection contractors to meet project objectives effectively
- Lead the technical supervision of mechanical installations, ensuring alignment with project requirements
- Oversee project controlling tasks, including time schedules, progress monitoring, and final measurements, using our construction management system
- Facilitate interface management between contractors, engineering teams, customers, and third parties to ensure seamless communication
- Examine Method Statements from contractors for compliance with site regulations and work permit procedures
- Report deficiencies and propose solutions to eliminate issues, ensuring project continuity and success
What You Bring- Technical Apprenticeship in mechatronics or similar with a background in electrical and / or mechanical building services
- Extensive technical knowledge in building technology and experience in installing technical building service equipment
- Several years of experience in a similar role, showcasing your leadership and team coordination skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus
- Solid understanding of international Health and Safety Standards and respective codes/standards
- Willingness to undertake worldwide assignments for extended durations, including in challenging environments. Driver´s license is also required.
