A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Site Quality Engineer, you are responsible for quality and technical support during the site phase of overseas projects, with a focus on the Middle East region (Saudi Arabia, UAE etc.).

Ensure quality risks are controlled after delivery, completion through transportation, installation, and commissioning and safeguard project delivery and customer satisfaction through professional and independent on site judgment. 


How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Handle on site quality issues and provide technical and quality support for overseas projects, mainly in the Middle East region 负责海外项目（重点中东地区）的现场质量问题处理与技术支持
2. Identify and analyze quality risks during the site phase after delivery, including transportation, installation, and commissioning 参与并主导发货后运输、安装和调试阶段的现场质量风险识别与问题分析
3. Lead or support on site NCR investigation, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and closure 主导或支持 NCR 的现场调查、根因分析、纠正和预防措施制定及关闭
4. Act as the quality and technical interface to customers, conducting direct on site quality and technical communication 作为质量与技术接口，直接与客户开展现场质量与技术沟通
5. Coordinate with factory, Produciton, R&D, engineering, project management, logistics, and other functions to drive issue resolution and closure 协调工厂生产、研发、工程、项目管理、物流等相关部门，推动问题闭环
6. Support Sales and Service (SV) business with on site quality and technical clarification 支持销售及 SV 业务在现场阶段的质量与技术澄清
7. Capture site experience and lessons learned to drive risk prevention and continuous quality improvement总结现场经验与教训，推动质量风险前移和持续改进

What You Bring
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power System, or relevant disciplines 本科及以上学历，电气工程、电力系统或相关专业
2. More than 5 years’ experience in high voltage equipment, GIS, site engineering, quality, or technical support 5 年以上高压设备、GIS、现场工程、质量或技术支持相关经验
3. Familiar with high voltage power systems and site commissioning / operation environment 熟悉高压电力系统及现场调试、运行环境
4. Proficient in Office 365 and engineering drawings/tools 熟练使用 Office 365 及工程图纸、相关工具
5. Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), able to communicate directly with overseas customers 具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能够直接参与海外客户现场及技术讨论
6.    Willing and able to travel occasionally to overseas project sites 能适应短期海外出差及必要的弹性工作安排
