A Snapshot of Your Day

The Site Project Manager is responsible for all site related activities within the project boundaries, projects run by Project Entity (PE) within Siemens Energy. Site Project Manager will be dedicated to work for particular project located in North or North/West part of Poland.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You’ll represent the project site vis-à-vis the customer, the authorities and consultants.
  • You’ll report to the General Project Manager in the team setup.
  • You’ll have full responsibility for site EHS, quality, costing, schedule.
  • The Site Project Manager has to ensure implementation of an up-to-date crisis management plan (where applicable).
  • In case of  the Site Project Manager shall receive a defined empowerment from the regional unit and has the responsibility to align site reporting with the regional unit representative.
  • You’re authorized to issue instructions and make decisions concerning the site project activities.
  • You’re responsible for site staffing and resource management.
  • Within the framework of his or her technical and commercial responsibility, the Site Project Manager transfers, in part, areas of competence and responsibilities to the site project team.
  • You’ll report site progress on a regular basis at status meetings and in the event of particular events or conditions.

What you bring

  • Proven experience (min. 10 years) on similar position on complex, industrial projects, preferred from energy market.
  • Experience in collaboration with foreign customer and working in international and multicultural environment.
  • Knowledge about project management methodology and related tools.
  • English skills on C1 level.
  • Ability to lead site team.
  • Open- minded, decision making and independence in actions.
  • Driving license category B.
  • Skills to use Microsoft Office package and all related company and on-line applications.
  • Unrestricted construction license to managed construction works in line with Construction Law (July 7th, 1194, Dz. U. 1994, Nr 89, poz. 414 and all related later changes) will be an additional asset.
