As a Site Project Manager, you lead daily on-site operations, coordinating with your team while serving as the main contact for customers, authorities, contractors, and partners. You collaborate closely with the back-office team to ensure seamless project execution.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Act as the legally responsible lead for all on-site activities under Siemens Energy SE PE EC, ensuring full oversight of site operations and personnel.
- Ensure strict compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations, actively promoting and leading a Zero Harm Culture on site.
- Represent project management interests with customers, contractors, partners, authorities, and consultants, serving as the primary on-site interface.
- Oversee execution of Siemens Energy's on-site scope, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality, using standardized tools.
- Manage deviations, contract claims, and change orders; advances critical issues impacting scope, budget, or schedule; and supports risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate cost control, schedule reviews, and reporting (daily/weekly); ensures closure of open technical issues before key milestones and supports knowledge transfer.
What You Bring
- Extensive experience in construction of complex industrial projects - EPC and/or Consortium projects
- Long term onsite experience in a leading position (E/Civil site lead) on major construction sites; In depth knowledge of Construction/ Commissioning processes and methodologies
- In depth knowledge and competence in EHS policies, practices, regulations, and plans for onsite works for complex construction projects.
- Proven experience in leading multinational teams in a quick changing environment and excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering
- PM Certification is a plus (e.g. IPMA Level B or C – depending on project complexity)
