What You Can Expect
Over two exciting years, you’ll gain hands-on experiences and become an active part of your team’s daily activities. Through impactful projects in three customized assignments - including an eight-month international placement - you’ll gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. A dedicated mentor will support you every step of the way, giving you the chance to explore different roles, engage in immersive experiences, and build a strong network with peers and industry leaders.
This role supports a critical transformation initiative within Wind Power manufacturing, focusing on operational innovation, digitalization, automation, and strategic project work to enhance competitiveness and modernize global production systems.
How You’ll Make an Impact
As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’ll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact.
- Lead innovation initiatives in digitalization and automation to transform Wind Power manufacturing, improving safety, quality, output, and cost efficiency across global operations.
- Translate complex factory insights into strategic recommendations that shape long‑term technology roadmaps and influence senior leadership decisions.
- Drive key elements of the transformation program by analyzing market and technology trends and supporting cross-functional PMO activities to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
What You Bring
- A master's or doctoral degree in operations management, production, engineering, innovation management, or a related field
- First experience in project and process management, including project scoping, implementation, and change management
- Knowledge of manufacturing environments (e.g., lean manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, GMP) and an interest in digitalization & automation
- Relevant experience through internships and/or working student roles is essential; additional permanent work experience of up to 36 months is welcome
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and influencing skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into strategic recommendations
- Minimum 3 months of international experience with excellent English skills and willingness for international travel
