As a Hot Gas Path Repair Engineer within the Dammam Production team, you will support the growth of the Hot Gas Path Repair (HGPR) facility while developing technical expertise in gas turbine component repair engineering. This role is designed to build a strong technical foundation and prepare future engineering specialists and leaders within Siemens Energy.

How You’ll Make an Impact

As part of the Siemens Energy Graduate Program, you will actively contribute to our mission of energizing society and supporting the transition towards a more sustainable future.

You will:

Repair Process Engineering & Support

  • Assist senior engineers in developing, documenting, and qualifying repair procedures for hot gas path components such as turbine blades and vanes
  • Support the technical evaluation of incoming components to help determine the appropriate repair scope
  • Apply engineering fundamentals to repair technologies including welding, brazing, coating, and machining under supervision
  • Collaborate closely with workshop technicians to support repair execution and troubleshoot technical challenges

Quality, Documentation & Continuous Improvement

  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation including work instructions, process specifications, and repair reports
  • Participate in root cause analysis investigations and support corrective action implementation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost optimization
  • Support data collection and analysis related to repair process performance indicators

What You Bring

  • Master’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related engineering discipline
  • Up to 3 years of relevant experience, ideally gained through internships, graduate programs, or early-career roles
  • Minimum of 3 months of international exposure through study or work experience
  • Strong theoretical understanding of engineering and manufacturing fundamentals
  • High learning agility and ability to adapt in a practical workshop-oriented environment
  • Interest in developing into a future Subject Matter Expert (SME) or technical leader
