What You Can Expect

Over two exciting years, you’ll gain hands-on experiences and become an active part of your team’s daily activities. Through impactful projects in three customized assignments - including an eight-month international placement - you’ll gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. A dedicated mentor will support you every step of the way, giving you the chance to explore different roles, engage in immersive experiences, and build a strong network with peers and industry leaders.

Gain hands-on experience in Business Controlling and Finance across the full value chain – from bid preparation to commercial project management and performance controlling. You will enable and challenge business decisions through transparent headcount and cost reporting while advancing digitalization and AI in finance. 

How You’ll Make an Impact

As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’ll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact.

• Cost Center Controlling – Ensure transparency and steer costs through structured reporting and automation 
• Commercial Project Controlling – Support financial steering of projects from bid phase to execution 
• Performance Controlling – Enable data-driven decision-making through clear and consistent reporting 

What You Bring

• Initial experience in Business Controlling or related finance roles is an advantage
• Relevant experience through internships and/or working student roles is essential; additional permanent work experience of up to 36 months is welcome 
• A master's or doctoral degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or alike Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working 
• Excellent English skills to engage in a multicultural environment, with flexibility and willingness for international travel
