Join Siemens Gamesa as a Wind Maintenance Technician and take charge of maintaining our installations to ensure they meet the highest organizational standards. Imagine being part of a dynamic team where your adaptability and motivation drive real change in the renewable energy sector. You will engage in large corrective actions, from planning and execution to documentation, while ensuring compliance with all necessary documentation. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including crane operators and HSE personnel, to guarantee seamless operations. Your contributions will be vital in reporting completed work within our O&M management system, making a significant impact on our mission for sustainability.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will ensure a ZERO accident policy is upheld in all maintenance activities.
- You will lead large corrective actions, overseeing planning, execution, and documentation.
- You will guarantee that all involved equipment meets the required documentation standards.
- You will coordinate with various parties, including crane operators, personnel, and HSE teams.
- You will report completed tasks in the company’s O&M management system, contributing to operational excellence.
What You Bring
- You have a passion for renewable energy and a strong sense of the importance of leading change.
- You possess at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- You hold a vocational training degree in Electromechanics or a degree in Engineering.
- You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, being organized, a team player, and autonomous.
- You are available to travel across Europe up to 80% of the time.
