Join Siemens Gamesa’s Offshore Service team in Lemmer as Service Operations Planner, where you’ll keep some of the world’s most significant wind power projects running at peak efficiency. Every day, you’ll plan, coordinate, and dispatch the right people, parts, and tools to the right turbines—ensuring nothing slows down the flow of clean, sustainable energy. You’ll stay on top of weather conditions, resource rotas, and project timelines, balancing short-term needs with mid- and long-term planning. With your organizational skills and eye for detail, you’ll be the link that keeps operations flowing smoothly and our commitment to reliability strong. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead site planning for preventive, corrective, retrofit, and inspection work, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Coordinate manpower, tools, and parts—using SAP to create task lists, manage service orders, and monitor service progress.
  • Dispatch technicians and manage daily operations, forecasting activities based on weather conditions and customer requirements.
  • Track KPIs such as timely notification closure, reduction of snagging issues, and on-time completion of retrofits and annual services.
  • Prepare work for troubleshooting, snagging, and statutory inspections, ensuring permits, safety talks, and site documentation are always up to date.


What You Bring

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in maintenance planning or coordinating service operations.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-changing environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business-fluent English; working knowledge of SAP strongly preferred.
  • Effective communication skills for interaction across teams and customers.
  • Ability to occasionally travel to Breezanddijk and work remotely when required.

You’ll join our dedicated Offshore Service operations covering Westermeerwind and Fryslan wind farms—projects that are central to clean energy production in the Netherlands. As part of a close-knit, collaborative group, you’ll work alongside technicians, marine coordinators, and site management to keep our turbines producing at optimal levels. Every role in the team is integral, with a shared focus on reliability, safety, and efficiency. Together, we use our diverse expertise to ensure that the clean energy we produce keeps flowing to communities and industries.
