  • Partner with Field Service and Spare Parts Operations leaders to improve profitability, cash conversion, and productivity while supporting long-term value creation.
  • Support major CapEx investments, ramp-up activities, and productivity initiatives through business cases, tracking, and benefits realization.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enable operational decisions, cost reduction, and margin improvement; evaluate and challenge capital investment proposals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the site finance team, fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and alignment with Transformers Americas’ finance strategy.
  • Optimize financial processes and systems (SAP and related tools) and collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and other functions to align financial plans with business objectives.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) preferred. CPA (or equivalent) is a plus.
  • 10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, including leadership responsibility; experience in manufacturing, service, or plant environments preferred.
  • Strong capability in financial management, cost accounting, budgeting/forecasting, internal controls, and variance analysis.
  • Proficiency with SAP and financial reporting tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • A people-first leader with a track record of developing talent and driving measurable business impact.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence teams, peers, senior leaders, and cross-functional partners.
