The Service Operation Planner leads the end-to-end development of renewable energy projects, from initial feasibility to operational launch. This role involves coordinating planning, adhering to regulations, and driving major wind and solar projects.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Plans and oversees preventive and corrective maintenance activities at site level, ensuring alignment with operational requirements.
• Develops and maintains load and capacity plans, coordinating internal and external resource availability to meet operational demands.
• Administers and monitors periodic maintenance schedules, tracking execution and ensuring timely completion of planned tasks.
• Implements and manages scheduling systems to support efficient site operations and planning accuracy.
• Supports the Site Operations Manager (SOM) by providing clear visibility on planning status through structured reporting and regular meetings.
• Finds opportunities for resource and cost optimization, proposing actionable improvements to **improve** operational efficiency.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in managing operation renewable energy projects, preferably in wind and/or solar sectors.
• Fluent in Greek and in Engilish
• Good command of Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
• Knowledge of project development processes, from early-stage assessment to operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
