A Snapshot of Your Day
You will be part of Treasury & Corporate Finance, Asia Pacific and China (TCF AP&CN) team to facilitate SE business in Asia by providing coordinated and fit-to-purpose TCF solutions under TCF global governance framework.
TCF AP&CN overseas Siemens Energy business in multiple countries in Asia and is organized into teams. You will work independently and closely with internal and external collaborators and lead day-to-day problem-solving on various TCF topics depending on your team assignment.
- Negotiate bank agreements and facilitate onboarding and KYC.
- Handle bank account, bank authorization and service and related technical set-ups.
- Provide advisory and troubleshooting of banking and payment related matters.
- Monitor regulatory and bank products developments related to corporate treasury.
- Structure solutions for excess cash management or financing.
- Implement money market trades.
- Confirm and settle money market trades.
- Reconcile money market trades and facilitate interest accrual.
- Provide FX risk advisory and structure risk management solution.
- Implement FX trades with the bank.
- Confirm and settle FX trades.
- Reconcile FX trades and facilitate mark-to-market of FX trades.
- Provide advisory on sales-related financing.
- Handle sale of receivable and supply chain finance programs.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations and Siemens Energy Standards.
- Supervise and align with relevant external or internal limits on the respective instruments.
- Prepare and deliver communication and training on above topics.
- Ensure accurate record keeping, consistency and visibility of above activities.
- Perform internal control and facilitate audit.
- Implement process optimization and digitization initiatives.
- Devise concept and implement TCF solutions in company set-up, integration or divestment.
- Academic background: minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, accounting or finance.
- > 8 years’ experience in corporate treasury, preferably in a multinational company environment.
- Excellent communication skills in business English and Chinese.
