Take ownership of the entire proposal process, from technical discussions and bid preparation to contract negotiation and project handover. By continuously improving bid strategies and customer engagement, you will play a key role in expanding our market success and supporting the energy transition.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support front sales to foster/develop customer relationships, make technical presentations, make qualifications documents, improve project hit rate including but not limited to customer visit, product introduction, technical support.
• Plan, schedule and conduct proposal preparation within given time frame, with technical accuracy according to customer technical specification.
• Bidding documents preparation, bid strategy planning, cost calculation & optimization, bid submission& clarification
• Technical contract negotiation& signing, win-Loss Analysis
• Project handover to ENG after award and support the project execution.
• Manage and organize customer meetings for consulting and selling activities
• Develop and maintain historical project proposal database.
• Continuous development and improvement of opportunity of own area of responsibility to improve the winning chances.

What You Bring

• Holds a bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, automation, or other manufacturing-related fields.
• Has at least 3 years of technical experience with dry transformers, with a preferred background in engineering design.
• Fluent English communication is preferred; written English is a must and can work efficiently with clients across cultures.

Our team is focused on the design and development of epoxy resin cast dry-type transformers, combining deep technical expertise with commitment to innovation and engineering excellence. We work across the full product lifecycle, from electromagnetic design and technical solution development to testing, validation, and product delivery. The team is actively driving the digital transformation of transformer engineering through the development of calculation platforms, engineering databases, and design automation tools. Collaboration is at the heart of our work, with close engagement across engineering, quality, and commercial functions as well as participation in international projects. We also foster continuous learning by supporting technical reviews, knowledge sharing, and the development of future engineering talent. Together, we contribute to advancing transformer technology and supporting a more sustainable energy future.
