A Snapshot of Your Day

Act as a Financial Business Partner to the Management of our global Software Development Organization and their customers. Target is to provide transparency on SW development cost and help further growing our SW Business in a financial stable way. Work closely with Project Managers and Application Owners and foster continuous improvements to increase accuracy and transparency

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Drive Budget and Forecast planning for Software Projects and solutions on a global level (main countries involved are India, Denmark, Spain, Germany)
• Perform variance analysis on Actuals, Forecast and Targets
• Assure financial closing cycles meet quality expectations and are on time
• Enable fact-based decisions by providing transparency and financial guidance to the teams
• Identify financial improvement potential and facilitate related decisions to drive cost optimization within the global team
• Drive process optimization and digitalization / automation within the Finance Organization

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with proven experience as a Financial Controller in software development.
• Strong knowledge of controlling tools and solid understanding of accounting principles.
• Passionate about delivering results, with a customer-centric approach and effective business collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, reporting, and conflict management abilities.
• Advanced skills in SAP R/3 and MS Office; experience with BI tools (e.g., SAC, Power BI, Alteryx, UiPath) is a plus; proficient English required, German is a plus.
