A Snapshot of Your Day

You will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end materials flow, ensuring the strategic procurement, inventory control, and efficient movement of critical components required for power transformer manufacturing. This role ensures strict adherence to production plans while upholding global standards for safety, quality, delivery performance, and operational efficiency, enabling seamless execution of manufacturing activities and supporting continuous improvement across the supply chain.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead the end‑to‑end supply and materials planning process, ensuring on‑time availability of critical components for power transformer manufacturing.
  • Coordinate closely with Global Supply Chain, Strategic Procurement, and international suppliers to secure long–lead‑time materials.
  • Manage project‑based inventory with full traceability, ensuring strict control over sensitive materials such as copper, silicon steel, dielectric insulation, and special accessories.
  • Optimize internal logistics flows across core manufacturing areas—core, winding, drying, assembly, electrical testing, and painting—aligning material movements to ETO orders.
  • Oversee national and international shipments, including oversized cargo, ensuring compliance with Mexican transport regulations and meeting contractual delivery milestones.
  • Drive adherence to SE inventory and operational standards by executing MRP/MPS processes in SAP and maintaining ≥98% inventory accuracy.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, International Trade, or a related field.
  • (MM, PP, WM/EWM) with strong proficiency in MRP, MPS, and inventory transactions.
  • in a similar role involving materials planning, logistics coordination, inventory control, and team supervision.
  • Advanced English proficiency and strong command of administrative systems, Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation processes (packing lists, customs documentation, INCOTERMS).
  • Strong competencies in operational leadership, problem‑solving, teamwork, ownership culture, continuous improvement, and a high sense of urgency.
  • Technical understanding of logistics operations including heavy‑load handling, crane operations, internal material movement, and oversized cargo transportation.
