A Snapshot of Your Day 

As part of the dynamic Siemens Energy Sustainability team, you will make an important contribution to the energy transition by managing key sustainability processes and synchronizing sustainability initiatives with corporate strategy. In your role, you will experience varied workdays. For example, you could start your day with your team and discuss the priorities for the coming days before virtually preparing a board decision. In the afternoon you might review our progress on sustainability and work on the sustainability narrative for upcoming disclosures. You can flexibly organize your working hours and work both on-site as well as remote.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Developing and implementing sustainability governance, including management of the Sustainability Council 
  • Defining and implementing the Sustainability Program in close alignment with Strategy and Corporate Functions, including target-setting and performance tracking 
  • Owning or contributing to sustainability-related disclosures (e.g., UN Global Compact, ESG Factsheet, CSRD)
  • Governing and managing various ESG ratings (CDP, Sustainalytics, ISS ESG, …) and customer platforms (NQC, EcoVadis)
  • Driving strategic projects on various sustainability-related topics 
  • Consulting and engaging with internal and external stakeholders as global center of competence
  • Functional leadership of team members
What You Bring
  • Passion for sustainability with a strong focus on disclosure and governance
  • Several years of professional experience in corporate strategy or consulting
  • Solid knowledge of key sustainability concepts and reporting standards (e.g., CSRD, SBTi, CDP) as well as ESG ratings
  • Proven track record in successful project management
  • Experience in leading teams in virtual and international settings, with strong dedication to developing individuals and enabling top performance
  • Strong relationship‑building and influencing skills with business fluent English skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across hierarchies, complemented by a good sense of humor
