How You’ll Make an Impact
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across the entire development stack.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other developers to define and implement software solutions aligned with business goals.
- Apply SAFe principles in daily development tasks, ensuring alignment with Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern programming languages and frameworks. Develop and maintain APIs and integrate with third-party services.
- Participate in PI (Program Increment) planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Resolve technical issues, debug challenges, and maintain coding standards and security protocols across different environments.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in full-stack development, with strong expertise in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, and proficiency in back-end technologies including Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python.
- Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and Agile development practices, along with preferred SAFe certifications such as SAFe Practitioner or SAFe Architect.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), with a preference for Azure.
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB, and experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible, and understanding of modern authentication protocols (e.g., OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect).
