A Snapshot of Your Day

Join us as a Senior Finance Manager, where you will be the vital commercial partner for Electrification, Automation and Digitalization projects across South and East Europe region with a primary focus on the Maritime Business in Italy.
With a close partnership with Project Managers, Sales Manager as well as Engineering teams, you will steer project success by driving financial excellence, contract quality, and customer satisfaction from bid to closure. Every single day will bring new opportunities to apply your expertise in forecasting, controlling, and risk mitigation—all while contributing to the energy transition.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Be the key finance partner for projects, ensuring financial and contractual health throughout the lifecycle.
  • Shape legal and commercial conditions of offers and contracts; participate in contract discussion with customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams both locally and at HQ to align project strategy with business goals.
  • Take ownership of project critical metrics including order intake, revenue, cost control, cash flow, and margin optimization.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end claim management process – identifying potential claims early, assisting with negotiations, and ensuring resolution in line with contract terms.
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews on a monthly and quarterly basis while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Guide the local finance team with leadership, coaching, and alignment to strategic objectives.
What You Bring
  • Academic background in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial or Management Engineering, or related fields with at least 5/6 years of proven experience in financial project management in a multinational environment
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Fluency in Italian and English (German is an asset)
  • Strong leadership and collaboration mentality with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive, analytical, resilience and structured working style
  • Availibility to travel and be present where impact is needed most
