As the Electrical Engineering Compliance Manager, you'll ensure all electrical engineering designs meet regulatory standards. Responsibilities include analyzing and resolving issues, approving Gas Turbine auxiliary system-level designs, and ensuring compliance with standardization policies and international standards.   • Strong experience and knowledge of medium & high voltage distribution systems in the Gas Turbine Packaging industry.
  • Advocate for operational excellence and continuous improvement in all aspects of the business and set an example for others to follow.

  • Extensive knowledge and experience with power transmission, full electrical product cycle, power control grounding, and protection systems.
  • Possesses extensive knowledge of engineering codes, policies, standards, and best practices, including expertise in safety guidelines of industrial plant power distribution.
  • Proficient knowledge of project prioritization, project execution, and project management, including a deep understanding of construction, commissioning, handover, and post-project activities.
  • Proficient knowledge of contract management and handling contractors.
  • Extensive digital literacy, knowledge of design and visualization software, scheduling software, and MS Office products including Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication, adept at collaborating with multiple functions, roles, and levels within the organization, including mentoring junior team members.
  • Proficient experience with project management and organizational skills including time management, leadership, and decision-making abilities.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering.
  • 10+ Years of proficient experience at a Senior E&I Engineer Level
  • High-level knowledge of:
  • Electrical power distribution, controls, and instrumentation.
  • Configuration, PLC programming, automation, and setup of protective relays or equivalent for medium and high voltage feeders, incomers, transformers, and motor protection
  • Power and control schematics
  • Experience with digital and analog design, motor controls, and system implementations
  • Experience with solving electro-mechanical systems.
