A Snapshot of Your Day
We are looking for a Senior Cornerstone Technical Expert with deep, hands‑on experience configuring, implementing, and optimizing Cornerstone Learning and Talent Management solutions in large, complex, multinational organizations.
This role will act as a subject‑matter expert and key technical partner to HR, IT, and external vendors, ensuring robust system design, seamless integrations, and successful adoption of the platform.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Serve as the technical and functional expert for Cornerstone Learning and Talent Management modules, leading solution design and system configuration while ensuring alignment with global HR processes, business requirements, and best market practices through a standard and integrated approach.
- Configure and maintain Cornerstone modules, workflows, security roles, reporting, and user experience, providing expert input on architecture, feasibility, and best practice design decisions during implementations and enhancements.
- Support and oversee system integrations and data migration, working closely with IT teams and external vendors, while identifying system limitations, risks, and dependencies and proposing pragmatic technical solutions.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining test scenarios, validating configurations, resolving defects, and providing post-implementation support, optimization, and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation, including configuration guides and support materials, ensuring effective knowledge sharing and ongoing system support.
- Act as a key contributor to change management and adoption by supporting training content, knowledge transfer, and the successful implementation and continuous improvement of Cornerstone solutions.
- Proven hands-on experience as a Cornerstone technical / functional expert in global HR system implementations, with strong expertise across Cornerstone Learning and Talent Management modules.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, data models, and system integrations, with the ability to translate business needs into technical configurations and scalable solutions.
- Experience working in multinational, multi-country environments with complex requirements, including global rollouts, phased deployments, or system consolidations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with HR, IT, and external implementation partners.
- Relevant Cornerstone certifications are highly desirable.
