For our Onshore Execution Digital Product Development team, we are looking for a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer with more than 10 years of experience having expertise in C# to join our engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain the backend services and APIs that power our applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to build reliable, scalable, and efficient systems while ensuring the highest standards of code quality and performance. Stay ahead of on new trends in backend development and C# technologies.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Create and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices to serve both internal and external customers.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to design data models, write efficient queries, and optimize database performance.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to define system requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, scalability, and security.
• Implement security measures to safeguard applications and sensitive data.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability of the backend systems.
• Guide and mentor junior developers, promoting best practices in coding and software development.
• Document all aspects of the development process, including system configurations, API endpoints, code functionality, deployment instructions, and troubleshooting guidelines.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of professional backend development experience with strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and participate in Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as ReactJS, JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience with testing frameworks and practices (e.g., xUnit, NUnit).
