Sobre el papel
Snapshot of your day
After greeting your team with a quick “good morning,” you dive straight into your first global sync meeting: connecting with factories across Asia and America to align progress on automated assembly line projects, resolve technical challenges with project managers and engineers of system integrators and suppliers. As the day moves to early afternoon, you discuss technical specifications, performance parameters improvement with key automation suppliers for the expansion projects in Americas and Middle East factories. You then participate planning and review sessions with R&D in Germany and China on Design for Automation projects to optimize product design to improve automation rate of assembly.
After the meeting you go to the shopfloor to discuss with engineers and workers about testing the PLC program for a new product variant just introduced to the factory. Before the closing of the day, you take a cup of coffee and finalize the agenda of your trip to our factories in America. In next month, you will spend 2 weeks on site to ensure the smooth start of a new automation project.
How you can make an impact
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of automation and robotic solutions for high‑voltage switchgear production lines, including part and final assembly, testing. quality inspection.
- Define technical requirements, specifications, and acceptance standards for robotic systems, automated fixtures, handling equipment, control systems
- Manage automation system integrators and robotics suppliers through full lifecycle: technical evaluation, bidding, installation, commissioning, and final acceptance.
- Conduct cross‑functional technical alignment with R&D, process, production, quality, and testing teams to ensure switchgear product design is compatible with robotic assembly.
- Participate / lead solution development to improve automation rate
- Provide professional technical consulting and feasibility analysis for investment on automation
