Join us at Siemens Gamesa as a Sales Strategy Manager (f/m/d), where you will play a pivotal role in driving internal improvement projects that support the growth and globalization of our Offshore Wind business. Imagine collaborating with cross-functional teams, acting as the key interface to management on critical projects related to portfolio management, product launches, and customer project pipelines. You will track and report project statuses, ensuring alignment with defined deliverables and timelines, while also managing resources and budgets effectively. Your leadership will empower teams to tackle complex challenges, making a significant impact on our sales strategy development.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead cross-functional improvement projects, collaborating with various departments to enhance our Offshore Wind business.
  • Act as the primary interface to management for projects related to portfolio management and sales processes.
  • Track and report project statuses, ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverables.
  • Ensure resource staffing from involved line functions and departments to meet project needs.
  • Manage cross-functional budgets for respective projects, serving as the first junction point for project-related content.
 

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in project management or strategic management, ideally within a large corporation or consultancy in the industrial sector.
  • A track record of leading cross-functional teams and projects, particularly in sales, strategy, product development, and supply chain.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in the renewable energy industry or a similar field.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field or in economics/business administration.
  • Technical and commercial understanding of power generation, with a strong preference for knowledge of wind turbine products.
