How You’ll Make an Impact

• Based on the digital layout of the headquarters and factory business requirements, responsible for digital strategic planning, cost control, quality control and implementation, completing phased acceptance work, and timely adjusting and refining goals to ensure the orderly development of the company's digital process;
• This role will be responsible for all stages of enterprise digital project implementation.
• Obey the arrangements of superiors and strictly abide by the company's various rules and regulations.
• Communicate and exchange with internal departments/external enterprises in a timely manner, understand the needs of all parties, and coordinate resources from all parties.
• Manage the entire process of initiating, planning, executing, and monitoring, of digital projects, and manage and control the scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk of the projects.
• Responsible for the acceptance work of various stages of digital projects, and adjust and refine phased goals in a timely manner based on the acceptance situation.
• Responsible for the overall planning of the department's digital technology architecture, be responsible for the progressiveness and consistency of the technology architecture, and ensure the implementation of the enterprise's digital strategy at all stages.
• Design and develop small-scale digital projects, actively learn various emerging technologies (such as the Internet of Things, digital twins, artificial intelligence, etc.)
• Maintain the existing digital system, do a good job of security, and promptly address issues raised by users to ensure the normal operation of the system.
• According to the requirements of the digital project, develop a corresponding network communication plan and coordinate communication with the IT department.
• Actively participate in related work activities such as innovation, optimization, and improvement of work quality and efficiency.
• Digital project planning for DT production or management processes.
• Maintenance of existing digital platforms in the department.
• Responsible for supervising the implementation of digital projects and completing phased acceptance work.
• Develop suitable network communication solutions according to the requirements of digital projects.

What You Bring

• majoring in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Major in Computer Science and Technology, Good command of English speaking.
• Experience in digital system development, including solution design, programming and implementation.
