A Snapshot of Your Day

The Retrofits and QEHS Analyst role in North America is responsible for consolidating, analyzing and providing an overview of the readiness and execution of the critical and non-critical retrofits and Quality/Health and Safety alerts required to be implemented in the windfarms under service contract. In addition, enabling the organization to make informed decisions to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities that arise relevant to these projects. The role will work in coordination with Resource Management Planners, Supply Chain Management, Field Operations, Finance, amongst others.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Supervise Retrofits and QEHS execution vs plan at a region level, both at a scope completion and financial perspective and analyze deviations.
  • Develop and maintain an overview of the Key Performance Indicators within this area in support of global and regional targets.
  • Support Resource Management and Planning organization in the development of data analysis tools to enable more efficient decision making.
  • Identify key areas where support is needed from support organizations to enable critical projects to be completed.
  • Proactive important metric review and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Present update to key collaborators during monthly review meeting and track actions through completion.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering field, data analytics or business management
  • 2-3 years of experience in related field
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge in SAP, Power Bi, are a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to present data in a meaningful way

About the Team

This role will report into the Resource Management and Planning organization that resides within the North America Wind Operations division. This group encompasses a team of professionals who are passionate for providing our wind farm field teams the support they need to be successful in delivering the Service contracts; ranging from field resources, materials, fleet vehicles, planning, amongst others.
