Quality Assurance Specialist

A Snapshot of Your Day

       A typical day in this role focuses on ensuring products and processes meet defined quality standards. The work includes identifying and documenting issues, coordinating follow-up actions, and communicating with internal teams or external partners to resolve concerns. Time is also spent reviewing processes, performing checks or reviews, and keeping records and metrics up to date. Alongside routine activities, the role contributes to ongoing improvement efforts to strengthen overall quality and operational performance.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Ensure Safety and Zero Harm processes and procedures are followed.
• Conduct attribution & inspection of parts to ensure critical to quality characteristics (CTQ) are met.
• Document all non-conformances and take the necessary actions to resolve them.
• Follow up with customers on Quality notifications and corrective actions.
• Conduct internal audits of site processes.
• Conduct inspections of inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Maintain KPI for inspections and audits, and work on site continuous improvement projects.

What You Bring

• Minimum High school diploma/GED required
• 3 or more years’ experience in a productive warehouse or logistics center environment.
• SAP EWM knowledge and experience.
• Positive, collaborative, can do attitude.
• Proven customer focus, teamwork/collaboration skills.

• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Gas Services

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
